Situation

The Auberge La Tzoumaz, located in the resort of the same name, offers you an exceptional view of the Alps. Located in the heart of the Vallon de la Fare at an altitude of 1500m, in a cosy and relaxed setting, the Auberge guarantees a warm atmosphere.

Ideally located, the departure of the Savoleyre and 4 Valleys (Verbier) facilities is 200m away, as is the village centre. The inn is also the starting point for the most beautiful hikes in the region.

Gastronomy

The cuisine is a delicate blend of simplicity, local produce and creativity. Christian, a butcher by trade, highlights the fine qualities of the meat while keeping the traditional trout from the fishpond, still a speciality of the restaurant.

All these dishes will be accompanied by Valaisan vintages selected by us and served by our staff. A tasty pairing that will delight your taste buds.

The team

The Auberge team was led in 2018 by Julien & Christian, they took up the torch of the establishment keeping the friendly and rustic spirit with a modern touch. Since May 2023, Christian has been perpetuating this second wind, accompanied by a dynamic team.

Maya-Saveurs

Taking the challenge beyond the restaurant, Christian has launched his artisanal production of local products. On sale on the premises, discover homemade specialties in our Maya-Saveurs section, and enjoy seasonal terrines.
